1. Service Description
   CallBox provides ephemeral, browser-based, peer-to-peer audio calling. Users pay a small fee in cryptocurrency to access 30 minutes of private voice communication. CallBox does not guarantee call quality, uptime, or that connections will always succeed.
2. Eligibility
   You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
3. Availability
   CallBox is currently only available within the United States.
4. Payments and Refunds
   All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. You are purchasing temporary access to the service, not ownership or ongoing access. Payment is required to unlock each session.
5. User Conduct
   You agree not to use CallBox for any illegal activity, harassment, or to violate the rights of others. You are solely responsible for your actions while using the service.
6. Privacy and Data
   CallBox does not require sign-up or collect personal information beyond what is technically necessary to operate (such as session data and temporary IP logs for abuse prevention). Calls are not recorded or stored.
7. No Emergency Calls
   CallBox is not a replacement for phone service and cannot be used for emergency communications.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
   CallBox is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallBox and its developer are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use or inability to use the service, including lost data or missed communications.
10. Changes
    CallBox may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
